Faucet adapters not fitting well or falling off: Just make sure that the appropriate new adapter washer is being used. And that the old faucet aerator and washer was removed. Ensure a good fit for the faucet adapters.
Water flow too slow when filtering: This is generally a symptom that it is time to change the faucet water filter cartridge.
Old faucet water filter cartridge giving difficulty while replacing: The quick release buttons on the faucet water filter need to be used. Remove the filter system and cover. This will help twist the filter cartridge and make the water filter loosen.
Water leakage over the filter cover: This should not happen if the installation was done correctly. The faucet water filter cartridge should be removed and reinstalled properly.
